Tree of Remembrance
The Tree of Remembrance will once again be illuminated in Victoria Park with white lights in early December. Join Elizabeth and Laura on Sunday, December 10, from 2-3 p.m. for our BFO Tree of Remembrance event. There is no scheduled agenda, just come out and connect, and add your ornament.
NEW LOCATION: The Tree of Remembrance has been set up at a new location this year. The new tree is located just past the cannons, close to Clarence St. We are confident that this new tree should better the experience for everyone placing ornaments on the tree as the previous tree no longer has low hanging branches.
Please note that you are welcome to add an ornament to the tree but that Bereaved Families, and the City of London – who organizes the tree for us, can not be held responsible for damaged or missing ornaments. Please do not add large quantities of ornaments. After the holiday season any ornaments remaining on the tree will be removed and can not be returned.
