2025 Butterfly Release

You’re Invited to our annual Butterfly Release!

Join us on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at Springbank Park for a beautiful and meaningful Butterfly Release hosted by Bereaved Families of Ontario, Southwest. This special event offers a moment of remembrance, healing, and hope as we release butterflies in honour of loved ones we’ve lost.

The butterfly symbolizes transformation, renewal, and the enduring spirit of those who live on in our hearts. Whether you’ve experienced a recent loss or wish to honour someone special, this event provides a peaceful and supportive environment to gather, reflect, and connect with others who understand.

We invite you to be part of this uplifting experience as we come together to celebrate the lives of those we hold dear.

Butterfly Pick-Up Time: 10:00am

Butterfly Group Release Time: 11:00am (*If you would like to privately release your butterfly elsewhere, you are welcome to do so).

Location: Memory Garden at Springbank Park, London Ontario. Directions can be found here.

*Please note if you are not joining the group release at 11:00am, you may pick up your butterfly any time between

10:00am to 12:00pm.
